2008 IMO

The 49th IMO occurred in 2008 in Madrid, Spain. 101 countries participated, and teams were of 6 students. Unofficially, China finished first, with 217 out of 252 possible points. 47 gold, 100 silver, and 120 bronze medals were awarded.
