What is the sum of the two smallest prime factors of $250$?

Solution

We prime factor 250.

We get $2 * 5 * 5 * 5$

The two smallest are $2$ and $5$.

So, $2 + 5 = 7$

The answer is $\boxed{\textbf{(C)}\ 7}$
