This problem can be approached by first drawing the line from (0,0) to (5,0). After we do that, we can continue what the problem tells us to do. We draw an infinite amount of lines of length 5 spaced evenly around the point (0,0). Using our imagination, the image of the figure slowly looks like a circle. We then can calculate the total area, which is just the area of a circle with a radius 5, giving us the result of 25pi. The problem asks us for an integer area that is equal to or less than 25 pi, so the answer is (B) 78
