Tips for Succeeding at Math, Life (Maybe), and Beyond (Maaaybe)
A teacher once taught me that grades are for comparing yourself with yourself, not others. It has been one of the most useful pieces of advice in my life.
I know it is easy to get bogged down by bureaucracy and competition, so let me offer some similar advice to help you navigate that:
- Have a spiritual life. There are many interpretations of what this means, but the general consensus is that it is beyond words.[1][2][3][4][5]
- Homework (grades) are for comparing with yourself not others
- Same thing with Quizzes (questions)
- ConTests are for fun
- Math is something you play!
