Art of Problem Solving is simply THE BEST AND MOST AWESOME SITE (yes, not just math) ON THE INTERNET!!! Everytime I open up Internet Explorer now, I go to this AoPS. Does this have to be about me? If it does, then scroll down because I don't want people who don't want to know about me or like math to get random bits of information (just saying). Anyways... It's down below.
Hi! I'm a loyal, math-loving 6th grader who goes to Rogers Middle School in Pearland, Texas. Since our school district is kinda awkward, 5-6th grade is Middle School and I have to go to Berry Miller Junior High (awesome partnership) for 7-8th grade. I am interested in basketball, competition math, electrical engineering, minecraft, playing the french horn, playing the piano, programming, and more. I like a really nice girl who strongly dislikes me. I'm kinda depressed these few days (I try not to show it and I think I'm quite successful) because of many things. First, on April 14th, when I went to San Antonio for the State Texas Math and Science Coaches Association competition, I didn't remember to wear my night lens. Then, I wore them for approximately 20 minutes in the morning, so my eyes were kinda sore. During the General Mathematics competition, someone's phone went off (the 2 that beat me took the test in a separate, peaceful environment). I do like to think that I'm lucky, and I usually use that as an excuse to all my luck. However, I use Quizlet, the popular online studying site, and my studying group got spammed and deleted. I was never desperate to like someone, and love just came at first sight for me. At first, me and the girl I like were kinda neutral friends. Then, I tried to talk to her and ask her questions, and although I didn't intend to, she got annoyed. She told me to leave her alone, and I apologized for liking her, something I can't change. Finally, the saddest thing is that my grandfather (father's father) recently passed away. What set me off was that his body was burnt. They didn't have enough room in China for coffins, so his body was burnt. That's what they say. Before I knew that he was turned into ashes, I was hoping, if I get lucky and turn rich, that I could bring him back to life. I do realize that flammability is a chemical property. I am so sad... Anyways, that's enough with my personal stuff. I suck at EVERYTHING, and one example is that my FTW! score/rank thing is lower than I started with. This year, unfortunately, I did not compete in Mathcounts. My school doesn't support Mathcounts, and when we tried to enter as homeschool, our Chapter competition had already passed. ... Bye! Ugh, I'm so bad at finding closings/conclusions basically I'm bad at everything.
