Problem

Quadrilateral $ABCD$ is a parallelogram, and $E$ is the midpoint of the side $AD$. Let $F$ be the intersection of lines $EB$ and $AC$. What is the ratio of the area of quadrilateral $CDEF$ to the area of triangle $CFB$?
