A Central angle is an angle that has its vertex on the center of a circle, and has sides that pass through the circle itself, so as to subtend an arc of the circle between the two points it passes through. The arc that the central angle subtends has an angle measure equal to the central angle, and is known as the arc segment's angular distance.
