Greg Taylor is an Associate Professor of Quantitative Business Analysis at Winston-Salem State University.
He is also a volunteer math coach for Hanes Middle School in Winston-Salem, NC. Since 2005, Hanes teams have placed 1st, 8th, and 3rd at the NC State MathCounts competitions and earned a plaque in 2007 for the top AMC performance among NC middle schools. The team participates in the NC state math subject and comprehensive contests. Several have placed highly, including the 2007 NC Algebra II champion. Four Hanes students qualified to take the 2006 AIME and one qualified for the 2007 USAMO and represented Hanes on 2006 and 2007 NC ARML teams.
