The following describes how to allowlist emails from Art of Problem Solving with different email service providers.

Occasionally, activation emails and/or wishlist notifications are redirected to the spam folder; it is advisable to check there first for any expected emails that do not appear in the inbox. To prevent future emails from being sent to the spam folder, the following steps can be used.

Gmail

  1. Find Contacts on the left-side menu.
  2. Click on New Contact at the top left.
  3. In the E-mail field, enter tech-support@artofproblemsolving.com and/or webmaster@mathlinks.ro.
  4. When finished, click on the Save button.

If an email was redirected to the Spam folder, there is a Not Spam option if you select the respective e-mail.

MSN Hotmail

  1. Find Options along the upper right hand side.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select More options… .
  3. Underneath the sub-header Junk E-mail, select Safe and blocked senders.
  4. Click Safe senders.
  5. Enter tech-support@artofproblemsolving.com and/or webmaster@mathlinks.ro into the provided field.

AOL

  1. Click the Mail menu and select Address Book.
  2. After the Address Book window appears, click the Add button.
  3. After the Address Card for New Contact window loads, enter tech-support@artofproblemsolving.com and/or webmaster@mathlinks.ro into the Other E-mail field.
  4. Set the email address as the Primary E-Mail address by checking the associated check box.
  5. When finished, click the Save button.

Yahoo

  1. Click on Contacts in the left-hand menu and click on Add.
  2. For the Email field, enter tech-support@artofproblemsolving.com and/or webmaster@mathlinks.ro.
  3. When finished, click the Save button.

Emails sent to the Spam folder may be moved back to the inbox by selecting the respective email and then clicking on the Not Spam button.

Others

For other email clients, contact your email service provider for assistance in allowlisting emails. Most allowlisting options can be found by navigating to Mail Options or Address Book. Most also have an option for redirecting emails sent to the Spam folder back to the Inbox folder.
